I cannot praise this amazing company enough. I ordered logs last week and then the night before delivery I realised I had made a big mistake... I needed to change the log type and to get them stacked! I thought there was no way I would get through to anyone at 8pm...i was mistaken. I called and got an immediate text message from Samantha who was able to amend the order straightaway. I was really amazed to get someone at that time of night. All sorted.. I rang to check at 8am got Samantha again, and all good. Will arrived on time, a lovely man, stacked the logs in no time at all (would have taken us all day in the mud!). Great logs, great company, very happy customers. 100% recommend. This will definitely be our 'go to' company for logs. Thank you to them both.

Fantastic logs, friendly helpful service from ordering to delivery. The delivery was fast and efficient and the quality of the logs were 5 star. Would definitely recommend and will be ordering more. Excellent value for money.

Delivered 2 days after order, great quality & burning well. Thoroughly recommend.

Excellent. Delivery was on time and helped drop the bag where I needed it. Quality logs. Thanks.

Super logs, very quick delivery and delivered very efficiently by a very helpful driver.
Will use again.
Thanks.

The logs were delivered promptly and at the scheduled time. They were clearly nice and dry and a good mix of type and size suitable for a wood stove. We will be burning them later this week!

Totally satisfied with my experience with Sussex Logs. Very reassuring in pre delivery discussion. Logs delivered in a very considerate manner and on time yesterday. The logs are beautifully dry and although I don't want Summer to end, I can't help but be looking forward to getting the log burner and open fire going.

Quality seasoned wood from a quality supplier. Some suppliers use inferior wood and then you’re stuck with it. Not this company! Always proper good seasoned logs, you won’t be disappointed.
